Refund policy

Returns
You can return the products to us within 30 days since you made the purchase (please see RMA shipping instructions below for details). To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds / Exchanges
Please send us an email at info@kiddobloom.com if you encounter any issues with your purchase. We will be happy to seriously consider giving you refunds once we understand your problems/concerns. If you receive defective or damaged products, please send us photos of the defective items so we can refund / exchange the items.

RMA shipping Instructions
To return your product, please send us an email at info@kiddobloom.com so we can give you RMA shipping label. Note: you will be responsible to pay the shipping fee to return the item.

Lifetime Warranty
We offer lifetime warranty on products purchased from our website (www.kiddobloom.com). Please email us if the products you purchased break or dings under normal everyday usage.
